Meet Silvana
Silvana Mak is a master esthetician with 37 years of hands-on experience treating skin. Every facial at the studio is performed by her, from the first skin analysis to your aftercare plan.
Over those years she created Silvana Miracle, her own line of organic skin care, handmade in small batches with ingredients she has seen deliver real results. It's what she uses in every treatment, and on her own skin.
At 62, she is the best proof of her own work. And she still answers her own phone.

Which facial should I choose?
Choose the Acne Customized Facial for breakouts, the Deep Pore Cleansing Facial for blackheads and congestion, and the Anti-Aging Customized Facial for fine lines, dryness, dullness or loss of firmness. If you're unsure, call or text Silvana and she'll recommend one.
Do you perform extractions?
Yes. The Acne Customized Facial and the Deep Pore Cleansing Facial both include professional extractions of blackheads and whiteheads.
Do you treat acne?
Yes. The Acne Customized Facial is built for breakout-prone, congested skin, with double cleansing, extractions, an oxygen mask, high frequency and a home-care plan.
How often should I get a facial?
Most clients see the best results with a facial every 4 to 6 weeks, which matches the skin's natural renewal cycle. For active breakouts, Silvana may suggest coming in more often at first. She'll recommend a schedule for your skin after your first visit.
Is there downtime?
Very little. After the Acne or Deep Pore facial you may have some redness where extractions were done, which usually settles within a few hours. The Anti-Aging facial has no downtime, and most clients leave glowing.
Can I wear makeup afterward?
It's best to let your skin rest for the remainder of the day, especially after extractions. If you need coverage, a light mineral powder is the gentlest option. Silvana will tell you what's right for your skin before you leave.
What should I do before my appointment?
Come as you are, with no need to remove your makeup. For 2 to 3 days before, pause retinol, exfoliating acids and scrubs, and avoid waxing or laser treatments on your face. Let Silvana know about any medications, allergies, or if you're pregnant.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can go to another client. Just call or text 323-333-3353.
